This clip is what you were looking for. Were because you no longer are looking. Its great! I use it on my hat, but it is secure on the strap, and you dont need to worry about it sliding or falling off, because it takes force to put it in place so it is secure. Surprised more companies dont offer this with their headlamps.

The light and the clip shipped super fast and arrived on time. The light is everything I was expecting and more. It is much brighter on high beam than the video showed and the green light on low is perfect for trips to the stand or roosted turkeys. I would suggest this to any and every hunter looking to upgrade.

Excellent addition to the 1800 headlamp. Easy to swap out headband for the clip. It’ll be on my backpack strap come fall.

The clip is well made. It will last and work when u need it too fits tight in the cap and the light fits tight into the frame.

Haven't really used it much because I use the band it came on. I did put it on my hat and it worked perfectly.

Saw this on the site last week and absolutely love. It I wear a cowboy hat all the time and headlamps are tough to wear with it so having it on my backpack strap is a game changer for me.
