Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional charges.

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund (minus shipping fees) or exchange will be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Order Tracking
