Is this the brightest headlamp on the market? No. Is it the most minimal on the market? No. What it is is a headlamp focused towards the back country hunter, and in that category, it's fantastic. Simple, repeatable, reliable, durable and rechargeable. All these factors make this headlamp great for back country hunts while getting ready in the early am, hiking out in pitch black without spooking wildlife with the red light and hiking out in bright light trying to retrace your steps or follow the trail that your Garmin tracked on the way in off the trail. The first one I ordered had an issue with a blown up battery and the customer service was no questions asked, let's replace it. Trust in your product produces confidence in your clientele and in turn produces repeat customers and recommendations, which is something many companies in this space take for granted. This company, so far, has maintained the humility and respect behind the reason it was founded, despite the backing of hunting "influencers". Keep it up, make great products and back your customers. I'll use it till it dies and, provided those core values stay the same, I'll buy another to replace it.

Unbelievably bright, multiple settings is awesome, lock out feature means no blunders in the field. Ordering and shipping was simple, smooth and on time delivery. Sept 12-16 New Mexico elk hunt, then Texas and Kansas whitetails are next and I will know more, my expectations are extremely high for this product !!

Great headlamp, no complaints just a note to anyone who thinks all 18650 batteries are the same. I have several Fenix 18650 batteries but I myself don’t recommend using them. When measured with my dial calipers the strike batteries are 65.532MM and
the Fenix are 69.799MM, So the Fenix is much too long, hard to get the battery cap on and I would be concerned that you might damage the headlamp in some way. I ordered 3 of the OEM batteries. This lamp will be my go to when hunting!

If you want to see if something is going to last- bring it to Africa. I brought over the Last Light power bank, rope lights, and several headlamps as gifts and they were well received and used everyday. It goes without saying how crucial proper lighting is in environments that you are not at the top of the food chain.

The battery life definitely is not what they advertise. The battery lasted me only 1 night and not even the full night. Maybe 6 hrs of normal nighttime camping use so on and off was what I was mostly doing when I needed it.. but still by the time I got to my tent I go to turn on the light and it started blinking which means low battery so I can only imagine a backcountry pack out will it last when I need it on most of the time? Or only 2-3 hrs always on. And yes I was in low light setting

So far, so good!! Haven’t used the 1800 headlamp yet, but checked it out thoroughly and I’ve had it on…..with the strap and with the hat/pack clip that I bought later. The headlamp and clip are both solid equipment and a breeze to change out. It will no doubt be clipped to my pack strap come fall!

I've been searching for a decent headlamp for a while to keep on my semi. I came across the ad for the LastLight and decided to give it a try. The quality and durability of this is top notch. I have broken quite a few other brands and this one has held up perfect. With hauling honey bees across the nation the two setting red light is phenomenal. I've told a bunch of bee keepers about it and showed them mine and they said they were going to put in their order when they got home. Excellent design fellas. I'll be ordering one for each of my vehicles.

Awesome Headlamp…. I have owned way too many headlamps in my life and Last Light is by far the best. Love the red light and variable brightness in all modes. The lockable off and on switch is a great feature and the rechargeable battery, adjustable beam and strong adjustable head strap…. In my opinion there is no better on the market.

This light is extremely bright and performs even better than expected. The two levels of red light are a great feature and really set it apart—perfect for preserving night vision when you need it. It’s very easy to use overall, but I would recommend reading the instructions first to understand the multi-tap functions so you can get the most out of it. Great light, highly recommend.

I'm glad they came out with a package that had 1 green and 1 red. I bought right away and love them both. Very very bright. Haven't explored how long the battery lasts yet but they are both very comfortable to wear and again super bright. Highly recommend. I don't hunt but bought these for around the house or camping with the family. Will def. come in handy.
